Struggle of the Girl Child

The girl child is seen most at time as nothing valuable in the society, they are only seen as wife, daughters and helpers who duties is to stay at home and serve, girls are maltreated, abused, traffic, hawking on the street in the burning sun.

Women endure many unspeakable things and sometimes do so in silence, when they do share they get hit with labels like “attention seeker,liar”e.t.c.

However the times are changing, whereby women now own businesses, women are now bread winners of their family, women holds political positions making decisions in the country, women are selfmade, their opinions are now regarded as important. We have women like Ngozi the former minister of finance, the deputy governor of Kaduna state e.t.c these are some of the women that are making meaningful impart in Nigeria.

Now there are female lectures, bankers, president, ministers, governors, ambassadors e.t.c. Women struggle to survive in society, before the girl child was not allowed to go to school but now the number of girls in school is much more than the number of boys in school, the girl child was maltreated and misholded but now women has power to fight or speak for themselves…

Women have proving the saying that says:What a man can do a woman can do much more better( 👑 girl power).
